Wiegers, Richard R.

Richard Wiegers of Branson, Missouri, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on August 24, 2021 at St. Louis University Hospital. Richard is preceded in death by his father William Wiegers, his mother, Jean Wiegers and his brother, William “Bill” Wiegers. Richard is survived by his spouse, Catherine Wiegers, his wife of 54 years in October. He is also survived by his son, David Wiegers, his daughter, Wendy Wiegers, his daughter in law, Letha Wiegers, his grandchildren (Emerald Wiegers, Dillon Wiegers, Morgan Crane, Sophia Crane, Victoria Crane) his brothers (Robert “Bob” Wiegers, John Wiegers and Dave Wiegers) and his sisters (Patricia Regnier, Christine Klund, Mary Wiegers Rogers and Kathy Lenhart).

Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Saturday October 9, 10:00 am until service at 11:00 am. Interment Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.

  1. First of all I just wanted to say to Cathy, David, Wendy and the rest of the family I am very sorry for the loss of Rich. I just keep thinking about all the good times
    we had on Sunday’s out at Uncle Bill’s and Aunt Jean’s house. We always had a good time out at the country fishing and hunting when Rich was around. Rich will definitely
    be missed.
