Westbrook, Russell A. (65) passed peacefully at home on Monday, July 12, 2021.
Russell was born May 29, 1956 to Russell and Elvera Westbrook. He worked for the State of Missouri until his retirement. Russell was an active member of the Elks and Eagles Clubs and a member of Trinity Church for much of his life. Russell was preceded in death by two spouses, Ethel and Thelma and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by his niece and nephew.
