  13. Oh my, Dan, I had no idea that Linda was ill. If you are sharing, what happened? I am still in shock. Linda and I grew very close when we worked together at RGA. I so enjoyed her company at lunch and even during those times when we worked through many employee relations’ issues. Doug and I had the pleasure of having several dinners with both of you. She was dedicated, professional, smart, fun and very thorough. We were true friends. When you moved, we stayed FB friends, but, of course, it was not the same. Her friendship was very evident when she made the trip to Illinois when Doug passed five years ago. My heart is sad for your entire family and you. She loved you all so much.

I’m sending you my deepest sympathy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Linda was so kind & caring in high school. Although we didn’t stay in touch throughout the years, FB brought us back together. She sent me the sweetest message back in October with a picture of you guys with one of your grandsons. So precious.
Again, my deepest condolences to you and your family.

May you find peace in many wonderful memories of her and your good time together.
