Simmons, Velma (nee: Murphy) Sunday, January 1, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Gilbert H. Simmons; loving mother of Edith (Charles) Kellermann and the late Joyce Howell Brady; dear grandma, great grandma, great great grandma, sister, sister in law, aunt, cousin and friend.  Velma was a caregiver for many, longtime member of VFW.

Services:  Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Friday, January 6, 2023, 11am.  Interment St. Trinity Cemetery.  Visitation Thursday 4 to 8pm.
