Beloved husband for 56 years of Brenda Riley (nee Bevard); loving father of Dawn Watts, Chad Riley and April (William) Thiele; dear grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 8.

Mr. Riley was a police officer for the City of St. Louis for over 35 years.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois Wednesday March 22, 11:00 AM. Interment Sunset Cemetery. Memorials to Backstoppers or American Heart Association in Danny’s memory would be greatly appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4:00-9:00 PM.

  17. Our sincere condolences to Brenda, Chad,Dawn and April as well to the rest of the family. We could never seem to get together as much as we wanted to and I greatly regret that. I had nothing but respect for him and will miss him very much.

  21. Danny was a very special man and I admired his choice of career. He had a great sense of humor and was definitely a family man. Unfortunately I had not seen him for many years due to living in Norh Carolina. My thoughts and prayers are with he family.
