   Beloved husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” Platt (nee Drennan); loving father of Joseph (Jane) and Steven (Brittany) Platt, Margaret (Daniel) Boes and Catherine Platt; adoring grandfather of Joseph, Steven, August, Aric, Elaine, Joseph M., Alexander, David and Caroline; dear brother of Dorothy  O’Connell; beloved owner of Chen; dear uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend.

   Mr. Platt was a member of the National Rifle Association and a Boy Scout Leader.

Services: Memorial Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Thursday, June 8, 3-9 pm.  Funeral Mass Friday, June 9, 10 am at St. Peter Catholic Church (Kirkwood). Inurnment St. Peters Cemetery. Contributions to Our Lady’s Inn or Immune Deficiency Foundation I.H.O. Aric appreciated.
