Joan was a devout Catholic and was fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Mother Church. She was also a proud graduate of Rosati-Kain High School. This is where she met Roberta Collett, her lifelong best friend.

Loving mother and mother-in-law of Stephen (Jeanne) O’Neal, Patricia (Barry) Korman, Teresa (Michael) Gunson, James O’Neal, Mary (Brian) Finley, and Laura (Dan) Reynolds. Loving grandmother to Brian (Beth) O’Neal , Brendan (Carla) O’Neal, Meghan (Andrew) Schulte, Nicole Korman, Heather (David) Brackett, Brittany Korman, Mitchell (Mary) Finley, Amanda Finley, Alexis Reynolds, Kayla Reynolds, Hunter Reynolds, and nine great grandchildren.

Joan had a way of making everyone she met feel special by sharing her genuine heart, unconditional love, and enthusiasm for life. Her kindness, love, laughter, and contagious smile will live in our hearts forever. Joan Rose was truly a beautiful soul.
