Marian Olivia (nee Lindemeyer) Mueller died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019. She was preceded by her husband Lester and son Robert. She is survived by her daughter Linda Mueller, daughter-in-law Janet (nee Hefti) Mueller, and four grandchildren; William (Bryce) Mueller, Jennifer (Brian) Isenberg, Dailee Joyce, and J. Joyce.
Marian worked at Lindbergh High School as a secretary, was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, and she loved to travel and quilt. Much to her family’s embarrassment, she collected Hummel figurines (entertaining all offers). She was also obsessed with butterflies, and memorials can be made in her name to the Sophia Sachs Butterfly House, 15193 Olive Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
Thanks to the extended family and friends that visited her often. We are deeply grateful to the caring teams at Laclede Groves and Lutheran Senior Services Hospice Care.
A celebration of Marian’s life will be planned when family can join us and the weather warms (she hated the cold and snow)!
