  1. Many memories of a kid-filled, fun-filled, happy-filled, good-hearted-filled home every time I would visit with your cousin Lisa Garibay. And as hard as it is to believe with such a full household, your Mom always seemed calm, elegant and light-hearted! My memories are of a very loving household. <3

With much love and sadness at your loss,

  7. With a heavy heart, I must accept that your wonderful mother and my family’s great friend have left us to be with God. Lydia would never forget to visit my mother at her home to just sit and talk about anything or she would just listen to her. For that, I will always be grateful. When I would visit her at her apartment on Germania she never failed to mention you kids. Your Mother had a great personality, very sociable and her sense of humor made my visits and phone call very enjoyable. May God bless all of you kids and thank you for having to share your wonderful Mother. Lydia was close to my sister Francisca’s age and both had so much in common. Now my sister and I will offer a Novena for our dear friend Lydia as she would always say one my family.
