Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Thursday, August 30, 2018. Beloved  husband of Joann A. Hylla (nee Colombo) for 58 years; dear  father of Laura, Michael (Pat) and Timothy (Tracie) Hylla; loving grandfather of Rick, Jack, Sarah, Brennan, Mason and Sophia; dear brother-in-law of Judy (Lou)  Carlson and Rosemary (the late Bill) Diel; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Mr. Hylla was a member of St. Louis Officials Association Hall of Fame, St. Louis Metro Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame and St. Louis (Bombers)  Rugby Hall of Fame.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at St. Luke’s Hospital for their loving care.

Services: Memorial visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Thursday, September 6, 4-8 p.m. Memorial Mass at Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church Friday, September 7, 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Heart Association or Masses preferred.
