Humphrey, Suzanne Wilson passed away on June 28, 2016.
Suzanne was born to Charles and Juliette Wilson of Terre Haute, Indiana. She was a graduate of Indiana State University, and later served as President of the ISU Alumni Association. In 2001, Suzanne received the Indiana State University Distinguished Alumni Award for her work in the area of public education. During the time she lived in St. Louis, she was an active member of Concord Trinity United Methodist Church.
She leaves four daughters Julie (Ken) Nimmons of Franklin, TN, Elise (Larry) Akins of St. Louis, MO, Jacquie (Mick) Mack of Clinton, IN, and Laurie Winston of Bardonia, NY. Suzanne also leaves eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, four nephews, and many friends.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Saturday, July 9, at 12: 00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. of Greater St. Louis, appreciated. Interment Roselawn Memorial Park, Terre Haute, Indiana. Visitation Saturday, July 9 from 10:00 am until 12:00 PM.
