Beloved husband of Veronica Hicks (nee Grob); loving brother of Mary Jessen and the late Frank (surviving Melba) Hicks; dear brother-in-law of Marietta (the late Dr. Joseph) Lewandowski; dear uncle of Eric and Lawrence (Dustin) Jessen, Holly (Troy) Wilson, Kristine (Tony) Charlson, Dr. Joseph (Arlette) Lewandowski, John (Teressa) Lewandowski and Dr. Loretta Lewandowski. Our dearest great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Paul received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and his MBA from St. Louis University. He was a mechanical engineer and logistics manager at Monsanto for 30 years. He was an avid golfer and longtime member of Westborough C.C., a supporter of S.L.U. Bilikins Basketball and a longtime Notre Dame Football fan. He was an active member of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, world traveler, history lover and train enthusiast.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, September 21, 9:15 a.m. to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Jesuit White House Retreat Center or American Heart Association appreciated. Visitation Tuesday, 4-8 p.m.
