Heinicke, Miriam (Richmann)

Miriam (Richmann) Heinicke, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on September 17th at the age of 93. Born March 22nd, 1927 to Gus and Esther Richmann, Miriam grew up in south St. Louis, attended Cleveland high school and worked at Concordia Publishing House while raising three boys. She enjoyed volunteering at Resurrection Lutheran church and was an avid bowler until her 80’s where she still managed to roll an occasional 200 game. In recent years she was happy to reconnect with many of her early childhood community and high school friends as a resident of Cape Albeon. Miriam will be remembered as someone who lived her life with class, faith, and love of family.
She was preceded in death by her late husband Paul Heinicke, first husband Paul Blumenkamp, son Don Blumenkamp(Chris), sister Lois Dau and grandson Mike Fennell. She is survived by sons Mark(Cherie) and Eric(Laura) Blumenkamp, Matt Heinicke(Diane) Liz Schuetz(Alan) , grandchildren Paul, Sarah, Jeff, Charlie, Leslie, David, Claire and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral procession departing Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Road on Saturday, September 26, 10:00 a.m. for a graveside service at St. Trinity Cemetery at 10:15 a.m.
