  1. Dave was my nicest neighbor I would always see Dave and his buddy Bull in the yard Dave almost always would be waiting for me on my way back from walking my dogs with a bag full of treats for all of my dogs. Dave never had a bad word to say about anyone every time I talked to Dave he was always enjoyable to talk to and had a funny comment. I still remember when I was building my house in 1989 I needed electricity, Dave told my no problem Jim just run a heavy electrical cord to my house you can use electricity from my house. I used his electricity for almost 9 months. I tried to offer Dave money he would not take a cent Dave said hey buddy that is what neighbors are for. I am sure he looking down on us today with his buddy Bull next to him
