Beloved husband of Edna Zander (nee Parker) of 65 years; dearest father of Daniel (Lori), Michael (Fiance Lynn Massa), Steven (Shaune) Zander, Cheryl (Lawrence) Miriani and the late Randy Zander; dear papa of 11; great papa of 12; brother of Thomas (Debi) Zander, Mary Charlotte (John) Cowell and the late John (survived by Carol) Zander; our dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Memorial Mass Thursday, April 15, 10:00 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Church, 4725 Mattis Rd. (St. Louis).  Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, Masses Preferred.

  1. Edna and family, you have our sincere condolences. I have many memories of Bernie (Sonny) when our families would get together when I was a kid. In more recent years, I enjoyed reading his genealogy research. Mary and I will keep all of you in our prayers.
