Wilkinson, Guile P. “Butch” Finished his final round on Tuesday, October 30, Loving fiance of Patti Lemonds; dear son of the late Jesse and Charlotte Wilkinson. Butch was a loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Butch was a proud Marine, professional boxer and was a Missouri Boxing Commissioner for over 28 years. He was honored to be inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 2009. His legacy will continue on through the many lives he’s touched in and out of the ring. As God has called Butch home, his beloved dog Champ was there to greet him.
Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., on Friday, November 9, 10 a.m. Interment J. B. National Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation Thursday, 3-8 p.m.
