Wade, Douglas E.– Passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 30, 2017. He was 94.

Preceded in death by his wife of 66 years , Alberta. Survived by his son Rod (Susie) and grandson Brad (Audrey) . 

A devoted Marine for 30 years, Doug served in the Pacific Theater of WW II, Korea and Vietnam. 

A member of the “greatest generation”, Doug was the kindest man you ever met, helping others, whenever he could. 

Services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, on Tuesday June 6 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Missouri Civil War Museum, 222 Worth Rd St. Louis, MO 63125.. (please note that donation is in memory of Doug Wade).
