James Royce Vick  born October 9, 1935, peacefully passed May 2, 2022.  Preceded in death by parents Naomi and Damon Vick, wife Loretta and son James Michael Vick, sisters June Franklin and Dorothy Lowery.  Survived by his wife Bernice “Opal” Vick, son Kevin (Patti) Vick, grandchildren Jennifer Nicole (Darren) Haefner and Jeremy (Amber) Vick, great grandchildren Rylee and Tripp Haefner, brother-in-law Fred Franklin and uncle.

Roadside service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Thursday, May 5, 1:30pm.  By Kutis South County Chapel.

  3. Jim was such a sweet person. I use to cut his grass for him many years ago. Had a great sense of humor love talking to him. Also use to go to car shows and meet him there with his son Mike. I was very close to Mike he use to work on my cars and sold me one of his cars to me. Hope you are both together now up there. I miss both of you guys a lot! Rest in peace
