In Loving Memory

Turpin, Forrest L. “Herbie”

Turpin, Forrest L. “Herbie”

On Sunday, October 18, 2015. Dear husband of the late Jacqueline Turpin; dear father of Susan (Pat) Foster, Tim Turpin, Laurie (John)  DiCarlo and the late James Turpin; dear grandfather of Amy (Andy) Hancock and Sam (Sarah) Turpin; great-grandfather of Henry and  Clara; also survived by his first born son Steve Blake.

Herbie was active in scouting, loved to fish with his sons, fixed many a wrecked car for his daughters and was a friend to all.

Herbie never knew a stranger and could light up a room with his jokes. He and Jackie loved to travel and celebrated their 60th anniversary before her death. He will be greatly missed.

Services: A Memorial Visitation will be held at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Friday, October 23 from 10 a.m. until service time at 12 noon. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Stray Rescue appreciated.
