Toenjes, Agatha Frances Weber  died on August 1, 2016.

   A centenarian, Agatha was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 5, 1916. Affectionately known as Sis her entire life, she was the second child and oldest daughter of seven children born to Anthony and Agatha Weber and the last survivor of her siblings. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish in South St. Louis her entire life. Sis was in the kindergarten class of 1921 and proud to have stayed in contact with classmates her whole life long. She attended  Xavier High School and she was in the first graduating class, 1934. Sis also outlived all her high school girlfriends.

   While in OLS school, Sis met  Bernard Toenjes and they married on November 25, 1939.

   She is survived by her four children, daughter Judy Lorino (Sal) of St. Louis County, son Richard Toenjes (Dolly) of Charlotte, NC, daughter Gloria Farrar (Mike) of Bethany Beach, DE, daughter Joyce Merrill (Peter) of Wildwood, MO; grandchildren Victoria Spinzig (Brian), Kim Eveld (Richard), Wendy Forshee (Steve), Kenneth Lorino (Christine), Keith Lorino (Jessica), Rick Toenjes (Lori), Steve Toenjes (Amy), Laura Toenjes Katz, Paul Hatcher (Melissa), Jennifer Mattson (Robert), Alex Merrill (Jennifer), Kristen Blumeyer (Hunt); 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Friday, August 26, 2016, 4-8 p.m.   Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows, Saturday, August 27, 2016 at  10:00 a.m. Interment Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
