Maria Thérèse Textor, passed away January 11, 2021 at the age of 65. Daughter of the late George J, and the late Virginia R Textor. dear younger sister of Nick (the late Nancy C) Textor and Susie ( Mike) Engle, dear aunt of Nick and Jack Engle, niece, cousin, and friend of many.
Maria attended City House ( Academy of the Sacred Heart) for 10 years and graduated from Xavier High School. She enjoyed good times, good friends, and any dog she ever met. Most of all she loved her summers, and sometimes, winters, in Door County, WI. Her confidence and independence were infectious to all of her friends. She would be happy to know that everyone she knew and loved would raise a glass with a wish for sun-filled, fun-filled summer days.
Service; We would like to extend our heart felt gratitude to Stubblefield Retirement Home in Cuba, MO, where Maria spent over 14 years. The care givers and residents there became her family, and treated her with abundant kindness and patience.
