Walter D. Strayhorn, on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Beloved Father of the late Rob Strayhorn, Daughter, Bonnie Youngblood, husband Jeff Youngblood. Beloved sister Rhonda Elfrank. Loving Grandfather of James Hawthorne, wife Sarah Hawthorne, Chris Hawthorne, wife Jessica Hawthorne, Nicole Strayhorn and Justin Strayhorn. Loving Great Grandfather of Maison and Colton Hawthorne.

Walter will be buried with military honors next to his wife and son.

Services: Visitation is Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. service at Kutis Funeral Home South County 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. The funeral service will immediately follow. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
