The most wonderful woman in the world passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022.  Beloved wife of Rodger Stein.  Dear mother of Sandi LaManna and Jeff (Samantha) Stein.  Dear grandmother of Jake Kugler, Madi LaManna and Jazzy Stein.

She was a beloved and devoted mother, sister, aunt, and friend with a passion for travel, gardening, crafts, and spending joyous time with friends and family.

SERVICES: Memorial visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel; 10151 Gravois Road on Wednesday, June 1, 4 – 7 p.m.  Karen was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinal Fan – in honor of her love for the Cardinals please wear red!  Burial services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery on Thursday, June 2 at 2:45 PM.

  1. We love your entire family. I’m so sorry for Karen’s passing. She was a great mother, wife, sister, grandmother and seamstress. She made all the dresses for my wedding. So full of love and laughter. Hope you all get through this loss. I look forward to being at her memorial services and seeing you all.

  3. Deepest sympathies to the family. Karen was my Camp Fire Troop Leader. She was a lot of fun to be around and taught us useful skills. It was an honor to know her and I am thankful for the times we shared.
