Beloved husband for 65 years of Geraldine Slyman (nee Huppert); loving father of Deborah (Richard) Adams, Robert  (Angie) Slyman Jr., Michael (Sherry)  Slyman, Darlene (Gordon) Kassen, Anthony (Lisa) Slyman, Denise (John) Bradley, Diane (Timothy Naccarato) Slyman and Jon (Lauri) Slyman; dear grandfather of 26; great-grandfather of 40; dear brother of the late Harry  (surviving Marie) Slyman Jr.; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and great friend to many.

Mr. Slyman was a member of the Knights of Columbus  (Shrewsbury).

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Saturday, September 9, 9:30 a.m. to St. George Catholic Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials to Arms of Love Orphanage or the American Heart  Association appreciated. Visitation Friday, 4-9 p.m
