Memorial Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Saturday March 25, 2-4 pm. Services conclude at the funeral home.
Billy had a heart of gold….He loved his Motown music….And enjoyed playing cards….He will be greatly missed.

He was also our friend and we will miss the laughs, music and dancing, and a little sports betting ⚾️ . You deserve to feel amazing and I know you’re in the best hands ❤️
