Dear father of and Joseph (Peggy) Scotino, Anna (Joseph) Alonzo, Mary (Michael) Biermann and Thomas (Kathy) Scotino. Dear grandfather of Michelle (Stephen) Graham, Angela (Mark) Thudium, Kathleen (Brandon) Kelley, Joseph (Bridget) Scotino Jr., Katie Hoff, Samuel Biermann, Anthony (Susannah) Scotino, Alex Biermann and the late Keli Hoff. Dear great grandfather of Elizabeth, Anna and Andrew Graham, Gemma and Romy Thudium, Joseph III and Nathan Scotino, Gus and Campbell Kelley and Idelia Scotino. Our dear brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Mr. Scotino was a World War II Navy Veteran and honorary member of the Don Bosco Boys IPC Club.

Our deepest condolence to the Scotino family Frank was one of the nicest people I ever met he was a Patriarch of the IPC club Which he was a member for at least 60 years that I know of and his son Tom is now the president of that same club we will miss Frank but now he’s with his wife witch he loved dearlyRest in peace Frank you’ll be in our thoughts and prayers

  11. So sorry for your loss. We have many fond memories of trips to Soulard Market when your Dad was there working. He always added a few extra items to our bags of produce.
