Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, January 10, 2021. Beloved wife of William J. Schnurr; loving mother of Nancy (the late John Brown) Schnurr, James R. Schnurr, Robert Schnurr and Dianne (Gary) Schuette; adoring grandmother of Daniel Brown Schnurr, William and Abigail Schnurr, Valerie (Brian) Gaadt, Andrew (Katie) Schuette and Jamie (Mark) Ebel; cherished great-grandmother of Ryder, Camile and August Gaadt and Eleanor Ebel; our dearest sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to all who met her.
Services: Memorial visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Thursday, January 14 from 9 a.m. until prayer service time at 10 a.m. to St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church for funeral Mass time at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment at J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Nazareth Living Center appreciated.

    I am so sorry to hear of the passing of dear Ruth.
    She was such a special person , and I feel blessed to have crossed paths with her over the years. She was so kind, grateful, and so very proud of her “ Bill” and her wonderful family. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
