Beloved husband of the late Mary Jane Schaefer (nee Campbell); loving father of John (Natalie) Schaefer; dear grandfather of Daniel (Caitlyn) and Thomas (fiance Anna Kuelker) Schaefer; dear great-grandfather of Winifred Mary Schaefer; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend and coach.

Mr. Schaefer was a U.S. Army Air Corps WWII veteran.

 

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois,]Monday, January 9, 9:30 a.m. to St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses or memorials to Feed My People or Greater St. Louis Honor Flight preferred. Visitation Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
