  1. So sorry for your loss, Forder family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Sam a few times, but I know he was an amazing man based on how well he raised his daughters. Much love to you all.

  3. With the loss of Dad still so fresh we share your pain and grief. But everyday the sun shines a little brighter and life still will move on. Having Sam around was always a great treat for me. I could listen to the stories for hours. I will definitely miss him.

  9. The Minden family sends our condolences. Sam was a good friend for as long as I can remember. He spent many Sundays at our house and all of us grew up knowing Sam was like family. He is now with Mac Jacobs and my dad and I am sure they are catching up on stories, jokes and lies.
