36, of Virginia Beach, passed peacefully on October 28, 2015 surrounded by loved ones after a  courageous battle with cancer.

He was a graduate of Kirkwood High School where he enjoyed  playing soccer and had a love for the St. Louis Cardinals. Mike was a  dedicated husband, father, son, brother, friend and sailor. He will deeply be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Meghan; daughter Olivia; mother Christina; brothers Brett, Anthony, Todd, Joshua, and Cody; sisters Amanda, Jamie, and Tanya. He was preceded in death by his father Frank.

He was proudly serving his country as an active duty Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Mike gave 15 years of honorable service for his country and reached the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer.

Services: Visitation open to the  public at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO on Sunday, November 8th from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Interment will be for close friends and family at Jefferson Barracks on Tuesday, November 10th.
