Ring, Carl L. Thursday, May 14, 2020. Beloved father of William Ring, Lisa Aitkenhead and Christina (Neil) Merkle. Dear grandfather of Amanda, Jordan and Hailey. Dear brother of the late Robert (survived by Chang) Ring. Our dear great grandfather of 5, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.
Carl served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired St. Louis City police officer.
Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Monday May 18, 3:00 pm until service at 5:00 pm. Service concludes at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Backstoppers appreciated.

I am so sorry for your loss. Carl was a friend of my dad’s (Kevin Kranz), and our family. When Carl was on duty in the 5th district he would stop and visit with us. He was such a nice guy. Your family is in my prayers.
