In Loving Memory

Rendleman, Reve John

Reve John Rendleman, 93, of Arnold, MO, passed away at his residence on Thursday, September 23, 2021.

He was born in Carbondale, IL on September 23, 1928, to the late John Herman Rendleman and Katherine Alice Rendleman (nee Nolte).

Reve proudly served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a school teacher for many years of his life.

Reve is remembered fondly by his wife, Rosemarie “Marie” (Dollete); children, Mary Anne (Harlan) Harla, John Rendleman, Jane Gordon, Stephen (Theresa) Rendleman, Justin Rendleman and step-daughter Apple (Javier) Lora.  Reve also had 10 grandchildren – Stephanie (Eric) Doty, Emily (Fiance – Jonathan Daughtery) Rendleman, Erin Rendleman, Sarah (Matthew) Waters, Claire Rendleman, Christopher (Mari) Harla, Joseph Harla, Marie Harla, Elizabeth Harla,  and Anna Harla; 3 step-grandchildren, Isabella, Isaiah and Isaac Lora, and 6 great-grandchildren – Addisyn, Bradin and Noah Doty and Crhistian Gomez and Frances and Noelani Harla and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was also the brother-in-law of Leota Rendleman, Melba Rendleman and Virginia Rendleman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by his brothers, Raymond, Russell and Rex Rendleman.

Visitation 8:00 to 9:00 am; service at 9:00 am, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Kutis Funeral Home, South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, Mehlville, MO 63129 and interment immediately following at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would love for you to make a donation in Reve’s honor to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 3517 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010.
