Radke, Charles W.

Radke, Charles W.,Age 78, of Arnold, MO passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at his home. Mr. Radke retired from ABF Freight as a truck driver and was a member of Teamsters Local 600 for 35 years. He loved travelling, camping, never met a stranger and was loved by all. He also enjoyed being with his family. Born June 10, 1941 in Salem, MO, he was the son of the late Earl Jacob and Jewel (nee Nelson) Radke.

He leaves a loving wife, Fern (nee Lunn) of 58 years; daughter Tammy (Paul) Pfaff of Imperial, MO and son Terry (Pamela) Radke of Ballwin, MO; grandchildren Stephanie and husband Dennis, Sarah and friend Jason, Grant and fiancee Jessica and Mitchell; great-granddaughters Kayla and Kara; sisters Mary Ella (Clarence ”Bud”) Walston and Martha Walston; brothers-in-law Lloyd (Arlene) Lunn and Kenny Lunn; sisters-in-law Donna (Gerald) Cooley, Ailene (Jack) Mundy and numerous niece, nephews, cousins and friends.

Charles was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law Raymond and Virginia Lunn along with sisters-in-law Deloris Lane and Coyetta Lunn.

SERVICES:  Private graveside services will be held Friday, April 10, at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart, MO. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or SSM Hospice. Arrangements under the direction of KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel.
