  1. My daddy my hero . One of my best friends, advisors, critics, Man was I blessed . A gigantic hole in my heart . My world my life will never be the same . So many were blessed with his love, kindness, crazy goofy hard time loving antics . He will always be remembered as Uncle HuGGy he love to show his love to all and he meant it to. He didn’t have three kids he had like 14 all his nieces and nephews he loved the same . He was a light to many .I’m proud to call and say he was my daddy.my hero .my world will never be the same for sure . I’m grateful he was mine for a while. Now mama and my siblings have him . I’m sure he is talking up a storm to Jesus asking all kinds of things . And dancing with mama and Renee and giving everyone a hard time jokingly anyway . Driving anyone any where they need to go smiling away free of pain good eyes and ears a new youthful body . Thanking Grandma Price for all she did I love you daddy Patty

  3. Dearest Uncle Buddy,

Through the years you have been an inspiration. I have watched you deal with adversity and tragedy with much grace. Your life was not always easy, but you pushed on in the toughest of times. That included burying your wife, daughter and even your son.

Growing up with you in our lives was certainly a blessing. We will miss your sense of humor. The world is a better place because of your contributions, from driving kids to school in your “County Cab”, even embracing the merge of County Cab with Laclede Cab. I was always so proud of the billboard on the interbelt with your picture shaking hands with a Laclede Cab driver sealing the merger of two very different and diverse Cab companies.

Most of all you will be remembered for your generosity to help a friend or family member in need. You will be missed, but never forgotten. I picture you now in the arms of your loving family members who have gone before you.

Please accept my condolences, and trust in the Lord’s promises. Praying for the repose soul of my dear Uncle Buddy.

    Love your niece,
    Margie

  5. What can I say Bud? You are a silly life loving person. Full of funnies and your laugh I will always remember. Clifford taught me how to dance but you taught me how to love the dancing in life. You were always a loving big brother. We enjoyed good times together growing up and as a teen, you had my back for sure. Our little sweet families enjoyed times together laughing and playing games in those early days of raising our kiddos. I always felt loved by you big bro no matter how close or far away we were from one another. I’m surprised your heart didn’t pop because it was always so full of love for all your family. Your voice, your laughter and your silliness will remain in our hearts forever. I think Our Lord smiles greatly on you and knew your heart was big enough for all of us to fit within it. I love the song The Only Scars in Heaven don’t belong to me and you, the only scars in Heaven are on the hands that hold you now. Hey tell Bob hi for me and everyone else. You are and we’re a great big brother. I love you and miss you Bud. ❤️ Bon

  7. Dear Buddy,
I remember when I was just a little girl I thought you looked just like Elvis. I even thought you sounded like him! It was so neat to have a famous looking brother!
As I got older, I appreciated your sense of humor even if, at times, I had to shake my head!
Your love for your family was apparent to anyone you talked to. And you never failed to ask about my kiddos. I wish we had lived closer together so we could have hung out more. The times we were together were filled with lots of laughter and of course cowboy movie stories or baseball discussions.
You will be missed by many my dear brother. Life will not be the same without you around. Enjoy eternity with our blessed Savior and all the family and friends. Save a place for me at the table…until we meet again.

    Love, love, love,
    Your baby sister…Paula

  9. How do I express what I feel in my heart dearest brother and how I will miss you. You were there for me during difficult times. We enjoyed times together and joked a lot and laughed at each other. There was nothing that we couldn’t share or talk to each other about. I may not see you with my eyes anymore or hear your physical voice but I will see you and hear you in my heart until we touch hands once more. I love you Your crazy sister Joy

  11. Uncle Buddy, I will always remember the times you would come pick me up in your cab to go visit Grandma. We had some great laughs about many different things. You will be missed by many. I love you and hope to see you again someday. I will root the Cardinals on for the both of us!

  13. Hi Uncle Budd!

You really are a funny guy, huh?! Peace-ing out during the lunar eclipse!? I have to hand it to you though– you did have many spectators watching heaven when you were on your way there. Smart choice! That’s my Uncle Buddy, always up to something! 😀

What am I supposed to write here anyway? I didn’t get to be around you much during my life but the few memories I shared with you are all good ones! I remember thinking as a child, that you looked like a grumpy old man but when I talked to you I quickly realized how wrong I was. Every time I saw you, you had a joyful a fun spirit about you- one that I will never forget. I can also recall a moment when you made me feel beautiful. I don’t remember the words you said, but you made me really believe it (even if only for a moment) that I was gorgeous – which is something I struggled feeling for most my life. That particular moment sticks out in my mind when I think of you.

Thank you for being the man you were, for showing me it’s not scary to talk to grumpy looking old men. They actually may just have a soft-heart & sense of humor underneath it all. That’s something we could all learn a lot from. :o)

Now that you have moved on to heaven I imagine you are making jokes and having a real good time with the family. I can just bet they are all giggling and crying because of your humor and love you always seemed to show.

Rest in Joy, Peace, and Love.
