  5. Shirley was a good friend. She was a grand lady from the old school. She was generous and considerate. One of her passions was her poodle dogs and other animals that came her way. She was an avid supporter of Open Door Animal Sanctuary, House Springs, MO. Shirley will be missed.

  7. My deepest condolences on the loss of your Aunt Shirley. She was my “aunt”, too… a cherished friend over many decades to the Duncan family of Kansas City. My childhood memories of boat rides on the Lake of the Ozarks, horseback rides and hikes at a Colorado dude ranch, and scores of holiday outings will forever bring Shirley warmly to mind.
