84 entered peacefully and with dignity into eternal life with his Savior Jesus Christ on March 15th, 2020.
A celebration of Herman’s life will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 737 Barracksview Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125 on Friday, March 20th. Friday’s funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., with a short visitation that will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., prior to the service at Peace Lutheran Church. Current awareness of the Corona Virus is of concern to our family. Born August 28th,1935 Herman is survived by his children Lorraine M. (Tom) Courtney, and Timothy W. Petsch (Erika Bennett), and daughter-in-law Melanie Petsch (Stephen D. Petsch deceased April 27th, 2018). Grandchildren Morgan (Eric) Vogel, Alex Petsch, and Eric Petsch, and Great-Grandchild Lucille Vogel. Preceding Herman in death also is his wife Alice D. Petsch June 26th, 2019.
Herman’s life is full of wonderful family and friends and examples of a Christian Blessed faith in Christ. His focus of providing for his family, a hard-working Christian work ethic, and involvement at his church all reflect of a man who was much respected, honored and will be greatly missed by so many.
