In Loving Memory

Pedroli, David G.

David G. Pedroli, 80, of Imperial, MO passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, February 12, 2021.  He grew up on “The Hill” and was the son of the late Ambrose Pedroli and Jean (nee Colombo) Moore.  Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Schlipp) Pedroli, loving father of Christina (Kevin) Reilly, Christy (Johnny) Barker, Missy (Marc) Borchardt, and Robert (Kristy) Pedroli.  Proud Papa of Shea (Hunter) Newton, Alice and Rachel Barker, Brooke, Riley and Natalie Borchardt, and Matthew Pedroli.  Dear brother of Leslie (Dan) Barker and preceded in death by his sister Janet (Jim) Wiseman.  He was also a beloved uncle, cousin, and loyal friend to many.

David, a Navy veteran, retired in 2002 after a 40-year career at National and Schnucks.  He touched everyone with his contagious spirit for life and passion for hunting and fishing.  In 1992, he won the Lexus International Black Marlin Fishing Classic in Cairns, Australia.  He loved traveling, gardening, and all things outdoors, especially time spent at Legends Duck Club, Louie’s farm, and elk hunting in Colorado.  He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest.

David was a loving husband, father, and papa.  Family was everything.  David adored his wife Debbie, who he claimed was the best catch of his life.

Visitation will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church on The Hill, Thursday, February 18, from 9:00-10:45 a.m., with mass following at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private at Jefferson Barracks.
