Christine-Novak

In Loving Memory

Novak, Christine A. “Chrissy”

Novak, Christine A. “Chrissy” (nee Jackson) age 71, died peacefully on March 31, 2022. Born on September 6th, 1950, in St. Louis. She is survived by her beloved husband, Mike Novak of Fenton MO, her son Michael Novak of California, her daughter Laura Koch and son in law Kevin Koch. She is cherished by her 4 siblings, Janet, Mary (Bill), Art (Phyllis), and Julie (Jim). Her in-laws Sandy (Basil) and Kent (Donna).

Christine was a loving and caring woman, always giving her time to others. She met her husband in 1969 at the Lake of the Ozarks. They fell in love instantly and they knew they both shared a love for having a family. As a mother she was generous, loving, and kind. Christine loved to spend time with family and friends and was always up for new adventures. She will be greatly missed by so many especially her son, daughter and husband.

The Angels came and the gates of heaven opened with friends and family to welcome her.

  11. So very sorry to all the Jackson’s and their families on the loss of a sister, a Mom, a wife , an aunt and (for sure) a friend. Although many years and miles challenge my “cousin memories”, I do remember all the Jackson’s as a very genuine, kind, thoughtful and giving family and I have no doubt Christine helped shape those family traits.

    God Bless her and my heartfelt condolences on your family loss.

  15. I have known Christine and Mike for over 40 years. Christine has always been a very caring person with a big heart and always there for everyone who needed her help.
    Unbeknowed to me when we bought a house trailer at the lake, it was the one that Christine and Mike had moved in many years ago. We have a lot of fond memories of all the big groups of old friends getting together and enjoying being with each other.
    I could go on and on.
    One of my best memories is at their daughters Laura’s wedding. When Christine and Mike danced the song they danced to was a Alan Jackson song, remember when. I heard that song yesterday on my way back from the lake and it brought back a lot of great memories and a tear to my eyes. Rest in piece in Gods hands.

    I am so sorry for your loss. We just have to focus on remembering all the happy and good times that we shared with Christine. My memories are lake memories. And there are many. The Lake Family is so special. From one generation to the next. Christine was such a nice person. Always ready to help and always ready for a pontoon ride. She will be missed but never forgotten.

  21. To Mike, Mikey & Laura; and to Kent & Donna;

    Our hearts are broken for you and we share in your great sadness. Chrissy was such a sweet, sweet friend and neighbor. We will remember the bonfires, pots of chili, ‘trick or treating’ from the flatbed trailer, and just enjoying a cold beverage together! Every time we look out the bay window and see her house, and our ‘Christmas Tree’ that she enjoyed seeing decorated so much, we will say a prayer and smile, remembering her friendship and the good times in the neighborhood! We are here if you need anything! God bless and comfort you.
