Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Friday, February 19, 2021 at age 90. Beloved husband for 70 years of Delores Nienhaus (nee Willen); loving father of Ken (Laurie) Nienhaus, Janis (Tom) Garavaglia, Steve and Donna Nienhaus, Nancy (Dan) Deiters, Mark, Rick and Greg Nienhaus; dear grandfather of Kenny, Torie, Angela, Michelle, Steve, Jaime, Michael, Brian, Alicia, Alex, Gabi, Rick, Justin and Mason. Dear great-grandfather of Sully, Riot, Mya, Tony, Julia, Kristin, Kayla, Teddy, Clare and Rae Lynn; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Mr. Nienhaus was a retired St. Louis City Firefighter. Former National Gold Gloves Champion and member of The St. Louis Boxing Hall of Fame.

Services: Visitation at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (Kingshighway and Bancroft) Tuesday, February 23, 9 a.m. until funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. A Service of KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL
