(nee Balmer) Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Thursday, February 18, 2021. Beloved wife of the late James W. Murphey; dear mother of James (Linda), Elizabeth (Terry) Edwards, Dennis, Thomas (Sue), Theresa (Mark) Novak, Roger (Gerry), Christopher (Debbie) and the late Kenneth; dear grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 12. Our dear sister-in-law, aunt and friend.

Services:  Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Thursday, February 25, 9:30 a.m. to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Murphey was a longtime member of American Legion Auxiliary Post #555. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Backstoppers, Karla Smith Behavioral Health or Stray Rescue appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 4-8 p.m.
