Billy Ray Mulkey  Wednesday, November 2, 2022.  Beloved husband of Arlene Mulkey for 53 years; loving dad of Pam (Dave) Lane, Becky (Gary) Baldridge and Bryant (Danielle) Mulkey; dearest papa of Ashley (Dylan), Calvin, Kayla, Madilynn, Emily, Andrew and Harper; dear brother of Wyman, Glenda, Michael, Margie and the late Wilma, Birdie and Wayne; uncle, cousin and friend.

Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Thursday, November 10, 2022, 11:30 am.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice.  Visitation Wednesday 4 to 8 pm.
