  1. Playing high school football with Joey in Broken Arrow, OK…was an absolute privilege. He was an upper classman that treated everybody with dignity and respect. I’ve tried to instill his work ethic, intensity, and moral decency into the Broken Arrow Youth Football program for the past twenty years. I believe the most honorable comment that I can make about Mr. Marks, is that he always possessed the “sheepdog mentality.” He was who he was…and never changed. Mr. Marks will always hold a special place in my heart. He was a fine human being. I look forward to seeing him again in the promise of heaven, provided by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
