Jack H. Mann left this world February 13, 2021 of cancer at Mercy Hospital South St. Louis, MO at the age of 69. Jack attended Southeast Missouri State University and began his career as an educator with Perry County School District 32. He was also employed by Cape Girardeau Public Schools and Nell Holcomb R-IV School District. He retired after 29 years of service to children as a superintendent of Grandview R-2 School District in Hillsboro, MO. Jack loved the beach, music, reading the newspaper/books in his recliner, outings with the grandkids, and flamingos.He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Katherine Fowler Mann.
He is survived by his loving companion Jane Bridges of Sunset Hills,MO, sister Anna(Nick) Powers of Florida: son Justin( Julie) of Imperial,MO: daughter Sara(Justin) Richardson of Moscow Mills, MO; Jane’s daughter Alicia(Jon) Brent of Webster Groves ,MO; and six cherished grandchildren Brett and Logan Richardson; Nathaniel and Gabriel Mann; Mae and Jane Brent.
There are no services planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date and will be posted by Kutis
