Kraus, Adolph G “Dolph”, passed away peacefully on Friday April 1, 2022 after battling dementia.  Loving husband of Irma “Terri” (Macke) Kraus. Dear father of Daniel Kraus and James (Lori) Kraus.  Dear grandpa of Jerrilynn (Matt) Morris, Jessica (Kyle) Wiesehan, Matthew Kraus, Joshua Kraus, and Ethan Kraus.  Dear Great-Grandpa of Blake Meczkowski, Madilynn “MJ” Morris, and Kinsley Wiesehan. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Sandra DiFranco, Barb (Bob) Flynn, Steven (Joann) Kraus and Mark Kraus.  

He is preceded in death by his parents Adolph C. and Helen (Dinyer) Kraus and his daughter Jerri Lynn Kraus.  

Dolph was inducted into the St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame in 1998, was an avid bowler, and had a huge passion for boating and camping.

Visitation will be on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at Kutis Funeral Home at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. from 4-8pm.  Funeral services will be at 10 am Wednesday April 6, 2022 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church at 9740 Sappington Rd.  Procession follows to Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
