  3. Steve was such a wonderful person. I was the third string goalie at Chaminade behind Tim and Steve. I have such fond memories of training with and supporting Steve. He was such a graceful keeper. More importantly, though, he was such a gentle and kind soul. He will be sorely missed. I want to offer my deepest condolences to his wife and children and family and friends. May he rest in eternal peace.

  11. To Mary & the entire Kozeny family, my thoughts & prayers are with you during this difficult time in celebrating the life of your Steven Jr. May God bless you with strength and hold you near in the days to come. The word says in John 14…“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Love you, and may God continue to Bless you!

  81. Dearest Mary and Family,

I was shocked to hear of the sudden death of Steven

While the loss of a loved one is never easy, even when anticipated, it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from us too soon. Your recent loss of your son who has left us at such a youthful age is definitely in the category of those hard losses for which there is so painful a reminder of what might have been.

I offer my sincere condolence and deepest sympathy on your loss. May the outpouring of sympathy, the kind acts of friends and strangers and the comfort in knowing that your loss is felt by many, help you through this difficult time.

I ask for God’s blessings on you and your wonderful family. May you find the courage and strength to move forward in peace and confidence and in knowing that his was a life well-lived.

    Yours In Peace,
