Koenig, Diana C. (nee Collins) Baptized into the hope of Christ’s Resurrection on Sunday, September 2, 2018. Beloved wife of Charles R. Koenig Sr.; loving mother of Pamela L. Koenig, Theresa L. (Anthony) Hegger and Charles R. (Kristin) Koenig Jr.; cherished grandmother of Samantha S. and Alexander J. Hegger and Charles R. III, Hunter M., Jessica A. and Elizabeth D. Koenig; dearest daughter of Roberta Collins Thompson and the late Albert J.  Collins and step-daughter of the late Wilburn A. Thompson; dearest sister of Albert J. (Kathi) Collins Jr., Mary (Jim) Collins Stricklin, Dennis M. (Terri) Collins, Peter S. (Karen) Thompson and the late Ann (Tom survives) Collins Thomas, Ellen (George survives) Collins Rogers and Douglas A. Thompson; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and cherished friend to many.

Diana enjoyed family and friends, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandkids.

Services: A memorial visitation will be held at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Thursday, September 6, 4-8 p.m. Services conclude at funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Diabetes  Association greatly appreciated.
