In Loving Memory

Kertz, Joanne D. (nee Gessner)

Passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the age of 90.  Beloved wife of Vincent (Red) Kertz for 66 years; loving mother of Michael (Lisa), Anne (Jack) Kernion, Mary, John (Allison), Daniel (Lila); dearest grandmother of Sarah, Jennifer, Jason, Elizabeth, Katie, Jackson, Alison, Ella, Grace, Louis, and Sadie; loving great-grandmother to 10; aunt and friend.

Joanne was a registered nurse and longtime parishioner of St. Dominic Savio Catholic Church.  She will be forever remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services: Visitation at Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church, 6737 S. Rock Hill Rd., Affton, MO, Friday, May 27, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. until memorial mass at 10:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joanne can be made to Partners in Health or the American Red Cross.
