Howe, Edna E.

went peacefully home to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.

She was the beloved wife of

Edmund James for 69 years. A loving mother of her two daughters, Debbie Lazare (John) and Connie Hoff (Ed); grandmother to Sarah Lazare, Kyle Hoff and Sam Hoff, who adoringly called her Grandy.

Edna was a member of Southminster Presbyterian. She actively participated in Bible Studies, Women’s Association, prayer chains, VBS, bridge club and the many other social activities. Blessed with a serving heart, in her life she donated her time to visiting hospitals, shut-ins, Red Cross, Isaiah 58 Ministries and Pilgrim Soup Kitchen.

She was truly an angel on earth and even more beautiful inside as out. We will miss and love her forever.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to: Isaiah 58 Ministries, 2149 Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63104, or may donate online at www.i58ministries.org.

Services: Memorial service will be celebrated at Southminster Presbyterian Church (10126 East Watson Rd., 63126) on Saturday, January 30, 11 a.m. KUTIS AFFTON service.
