  11. What an amazing person and what a remarkable life; I am blessed to have met Roxanne. We met at the LiveStrong at the YMCA program early in 2020. Roxanne’s positive, optimistic attitude impressed me. Her love for her family was apparent and she often spoke of all of you. She also loved her teaching career which I am sure made a positive impact on her students. She will be missed by many.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time. Let your memories of Roxanne comfort you.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as they were with her as she fought her battle. I am so thankful that Roxanne and I were able to get together one more time, and even exchange several text messages. She left all of us with many wonderful memories and laughter. I hope those memories bring you all some comfort during this time.

  43. I grew up with the Hake family. Roxanne was a big sister to me and my idol. She took me to the New Kids on The Block concert twice. Many car rides singing to the radio, letting me play dress up in her room, all the things kids like to do. Then, she became my teacher in the 5th grade and I idolized her more. I’ll love you forever. My prayers are with you all. Love, Little Kimmy.
