(nee Sullivan) Passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020.

Beloved wife of 50 years to the late John C. Hlavaty; loving mother of John (Karen) Hlavaty, Jacqueline (Gary) Blankenship, Jerry (Jodi) Hlavaty, Jennifer (Shon) Sadler, and Joe (Chelsie Naumann) Hlavaty; dearest grandmother of Shaun, Blake, Josh, Hannah, Garrett, Gracie, Hayden, Olivia and Macie; dear great-grandmother of Landon, Lydia, Tylan, Alexander, Liam, Easton, Kathryn and Joshua, dear sister,  sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

SERVICES: Funeral at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Tuesday, December 1, 9:00 AM. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association. Visitation Monday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

  1. Aunt Pat was always kind to everyone. She was an example of what a truly good and great person should be. I have many great memories of Christmas Eves at my house when Aunt Pat and Uncle John and most of the Hlavaty Family would have fun enjoying another Christmas Season. There are so many wonderful memories of her. She is missed and will always be remembered with love.
